Kirvi

Kirvi is a 236 meter high interesting mountain in the shape of a fir tree. You can find it on the island of Suðuroy and if you want to, you can make a fairly easy climb to its top, which is called Kirviskollur.
Looking out to the open sea from Kirvi, you can see the stunning Beinisvørð cliff to the south (left) and the rugged coastline to the north (right). On the other side, directly below you is the village of Lopra and Vágsfjørður Bay. This mountain also gave its name to the local water Kirvi.
