Rjoandefossen (or Roandefossen) is a very impressive waterfall on the Vidalselvi River just a few kilometres from the world-famous village of Flåm. The total height of the Rjoandefossen waterfall is over 300 metres. Visible to most visitors or spectators are two segments, the 147-metre high free fall and the lower part, where the waterfall divides into a number of springs between the rocks. The waterfall can be reached either on foot or by bike, or you can see it from the Flåmsbana railway.
