Åhus is a town on the southern coast of Sweden with a history dating back to the late Iron Age. There are about 10,000 inhabitants, but in the summer months this number quadruples thanks to tourists. The town centre is made up of historic houses, the characteristic building, perhaps even the dominant feature, is the factory where the world-famous Absolut vodka is produced.
