Eiðiskollur

Eiðiskollur is a 343-metre high mountain on the northwestern edge of Eysturoy.
From the end of the Eiðiskollur you can see the unreachable cliff and a very unusual view of the Risin og Kellingin cliffs directly below you. The place is popular among bird lovers, with its homes of buzzards, oystercatchers, alcids, ravens flying around and legend has it that even puffins can sometimes be seen here.
There are several ruins of concrete houses on the top of Eiðiskollur.
