Fjellheisen is a popular viewpoint in the Nordic metropolis of Tromsø.
There are two ways to get here. The first one is the hiking trail from Tromsø, where you can choose either the forest path or the newly built Sherpatrappa steps, of which there are about 1200.
The other option is to take the cable car up here.
