Glimmingehus is a medieval castle built between 1499 and 1506 when southern Sweden was an integral part of Denmark. There are many interesting objects and artefacts from the Middle Ages. Moats, torture chambers, thatched roofs, false doors and corridors that lead nowhere.
Glimmingehus is the best preserved medieval castle in Scandinavia.
