Grense Jakobselv is a miniature village of large and politically important proportions. It can be found 60 kilometres east of Kirkenes and there is no other Norwegian village or town towards Russia.
There are only a few houses, a cemetery, King Oscar II Chapel, and a parking lot. And that’s all.
