If there’s a village at the end of the world, it’s Hamningberg. The nice thing about it is that just getting here is a joy, the Fv341 road runs from Vardø along the Barents Sea coast and along the way you will see a very interesting geological landscape.
If you wanted to go from Hamningberg to Oslo only on Norwegian territory, you have about 2500 kilometres and at least one ferry crossing ahead of you.
