Månafossen and the whole area is really nice. The waterfall itself looks as if a rock dam has burst and this forms the mouth of the waterfall, which then falls down 90 metres in free fall. The waterfall is about a 15-minute walk from the car park. The path is quite steep, but there are chains, railings and in some places even wooden stairs to help you. If the surface is wet, some areas may be quite slippery.
