Beautiful views across the fjord can be found at a small rest area on the FV17 – Helgelandskysten road between Stokkvågen and Nesna. This viewpoint is 150 metres from the car park. The terrain is easily passable.
Directly across the fjord lies Hellåga rasteplats.
