Ovasti Fossur is a small waterfall on the island of Sandoy, located between the villages of Sandur and Skálavík. The walk to the waterfall takes about 10 minutes from the road and perhaps more interesting than the waterfall is the beautiful view of the opposite island of Skúvoy and other Faroese islands in the background.
