Hellåga is a spacious rest area that you will find on the shore of the fjord along the Fv17 Helgelandskysten road and besides what you expect here, this rest area will offer you beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
This rest area is one of those that look like a work of art, you will find several concrete tables, toilets with running water and also a latrine for cleaning the mobile toilets in caravans and motorhomes.
From the parking lot, you can walk up the concrete steps to the shore of the fjord to either fish or sit at two tables attached to rounded rocks right by the water.
