The rest area along the E8 road 35 km south of Tromsø offers several tables, toilets which are free, but you have to use a credit card to open the door, and facilities to clean the mobile toilets in the caravans.
For trucks there is a two-hour parking period, for smaller vehicles there is no restriction, at least for now.
