Slemen’s Spit is a beautiful rock lookout point overlooking the Julian Alps, which can be reached in about two hours from the Vršica Pass, where you can climb 260 metres. The path leads partly through the forest, partly through open countryside.
From Slemen’s Spit you can see on one side the two-thousand peaks such as Mojstrovka, Travnik and Jalovec – the most beautiful peak of the Julian Alps, and on the far side the valley of Planina Tamar.
