Solkanski most

The Solkan railway bridge is 220 metres long and rises 36 metres above the surface of the Soca River. It was built between 1904 and 1905 and is still the largest stone arch bridge in the world.

The bridge is easily accessible from the nearby car park and in its surroundings you will find benches for sitting and resting as well as an information board where you can read the detailed history of the Solkan Stone Bridge.
