Stigfossen is a beautiful waterfall that cuts into the rocky slopes along the famous Trollstigen trail. At one point the Trollstigen road even crosses it over the Stigfossbrua bridge.
In its upper part, the Stigossen falls over rocks, and in the part below the road it cascades far into the valley.
The Stigfossen waterfall is about 15 kilometres south of Åndalsnes.
