Tømmeråsfossen is a very pretty and extremely interesting waterfall on the Sandøla River. It is one of the waterfalls that is many times longer than it is tall and is actually a water sculpted rock. If you are travelling northwards, then don’t miss the place called Marmorslottet, the Tømmeråsfossen waterfall is a little taster by comparison.
If you want to go swimming in the hot summer, you probably won’t be alone in the river below the waterfall.
