Faroe Islands International Airport Vágar Airport FAE is located on the island of Vágar, about 50 kilometres west of the capital Tórshavn. The airport has one runway and the terminal is so small that you won’t get lost here.
If you are flying on the local Faroese helicopter service and will be departing from Vágar, you will fly from here.
Parking at the airport car park is free for the first hour, after that there is a charge.
