Heia is a mountain pass between the peaks of Segla and Barden. You can get here from the parking lot designated for climbing local peaks after about an hour of relatively easy travel. If you want to enjoy the beautiful views around Senja Island and you don’t want to or can’t climb the mountain peaks, you can enjoy the nature from this place in a very similar way.
It is only about 800 very steep metres to the top of Segla.
